(BOSTON) – State Representative Mark J. Cusack (D-Braintree) is pleased to announce that the Massachusetts Department of Transportation will be repairing the overhead lights on Route 93 and Route 3 towards Braintree.
“I have been working on this issue going back to my years in the Mayor’s Office, and since being sworn in last January, I have been on DOT to finally fix these lights,” said Representative Cusack. “I am glad that this major safety issue is finally being addressed and will be resolved shortly. This will increase the safety of our residents and visitors to Braintree.”
“I am glad that these lights are finally being fixed and I thank Representative Cusack for getting this issue resolved,” said Mayor Joseph Sullivan.
The repairs will take place from 11:00pm to 5:00am between February 14th and February 17th. Please expect delays and closures on Route 93, Route 3, and the ramps in this area.
