(BOSTON) – Representative Mark Cusack is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts School Building Authority has recently approved funding for several improvements at Braintree’s East Middle School.
The funding will make improvements to the school’s HVAC system, upgrade fire protection measures, install new ceilings and floors, as well as replace the school’s boilers.
“I am grateful to the MSBA for approving this funding for Braintree,” said Representative Cusack. “Our schools are vital to the community and the state’s commitment to Braintree’s Schools
This funding is on top of $775,000 that the MSBA approved for the East Middle school last year through the Commonwealth’s Green Repair Program, which provided the school with new windows.
